专利价值评估是企业进行融资、作股、许可、转让等多种经济活动的基础，是企业无形资产管理的重要环节。"智慧芽专利价值评估体系"是基于深度加工的专利大数据，运用市场法，结合机器学习模型进行价值估算。它整合了专利价值相关的80+个不同指标（包括：引用、专利国家规模、专利存活期、法律状态等等），同时基于历史上的专利成交案例等进行调整，最终提供专利价值的评估数值。基于智慧芽专利价值评估数据接口，用户可以通过输入专利公开（公告）号，查询专利价值评估数据（单位：美元）及法律、战略、市场、经济、技术5个不同维度的评估分值（单位：百分制）。专利价值覆盖全球法律状态为审中或有效的发明专利和实用新型专利，共计164个国家/组织/地区，WIPO专利和外观专利目前不在价值评估的范围。Patent value evaluation serves as the foundation for various corporate economic activities including financing, equity contribution, licensing, and transfer, and constitutes a critical component of enterprise intangible asset management. The "PatSnap Patent Value Evaluation System" conducts value estimation based on deeply processed patent big data, adopting the market approach and integrating machine learning models. It integrates over 80 distinct indicators related to patent value, including citations, patent national coverage scale, patent survival period, legal status, and more. Additionally, it adjusts the evaluation results based on historical patent transaction cases and other relevant factors, ultimately providing the evaluated patent value. Through the PatSnap Patent Value Evaluation Data API, users can retrieve the patent value evaluation data (unit: US dollars) and the evaluation scores across five dimensions—legal, strategic, market, economic, and technical—with the scores measured on a 100-point scale, by inputting the patent publication (grant) number. This patent value evaluation covers invention patents and utility model patents worldwide that are in a pending or valid legal status, spanning a total of 164 countries, organizations, and regions. Currently, WIPO patents and design patents are excluded from the scope of this evaluation.
