Metagenomic survey of 87 samples from the Shengli Oilfield and the Dagang Oilfield

Typical coastal wetland oil-contaminated soils were collected from the 0-20 cm soil surface around the beam-pumping unit in Shengli Oilfield (Shandong, China) and Dagang Oilfield (Tianjin, China). 44 samples from Shengli Oilfield and 43 samples from Dagang Oilfield with differentiated pollution intensity were investigated for microbial ecology.
