Spatial RNAseq mouse spinal cord with OxPC lesion

Oxidized phosphatidylcholines (OxPC) are products lipid peroxidation which accumulate in chronic active lesions in progressive multiple sclerosis (MS). Spatial RNAseq was performed determine transcriptomic changes within OxPC induced lesions in the spinal cord white matter of mice with chronic neuroinflammation and neurodegeneration, as well as to compare these transcriptomic changes with chronic active lesions from progressive MS. Understanding such changes may help discover new targets for progressive MS treatment.
