r-process simulations involve various nuclear decay and reaction data, such as nuclear α-decay, β-decay, neutron-induced reactions, and photonuclear reactions. Among these, beta-decay half-lives and neutron capture rates are indispensable nuclear physics input quantities for dynamic simulations of the r-process. However, the majority of these nuclear properties and reaction data cannot yet be measured accurately experimentally, and thus rely solely on theoretical predictions. Based on ten mass tables, the β-decay half-lives and neutron-capture rates are calculated by the β-decay half-life semi-empirical formula and TALYS code, respectively. Files named in the format "beta-decay_half-life_" + "mass model name" store β-decay half-life data (the data format is text (.txt)), which are calculated based on the corresponding mass model. Similarly, files following the naming convention "neutron-capture_rate_" + "mass model name" contain neutron-capture rate data (the data format is text (.txt)).
