Transcriptome analysis of wild-type Marchantia quadrata plants in a tissue-specific manner.

To perform genome annotation and investigate tissue-specific gene expression, RNA-seq analysis was conducted on wild-type Marchantia quadrata. Tissues used in the analysis included thalli grown under short-day conditions at 4°C or under constant white light at 15°C, as well as male and female gametangiophors.
