Dataset supporting the review article "Sunscreen and UV Filters: A comprehensive review of formulation, safety, and efficacy"

This dataset contains a single document (Research Data – Review Article.docx) including the complete list of publications used in the literature review. The file provides bibliographic information for each reference, such as authors, title, year, journal, DOI/link for access, and is organized according to the article's thematic scope.

The manuscript was built based on a literature search conducted between 2015 and 2025 using PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar. The search was performed in English employing the combined keywords: “UV filter”, “sunscreens”, “inorganic UV filters”, “systemic absorption”, “ecotoxicity”, “nanoparticles”, “drug delivery”, and “magnesium oxide”.

No copyrighted PDFs are included in this repository; only bibliographic metadata and access links are provided to ensure retrieval while respecting publisher restrictions.

This dataset is provided to enhance transparency and reproducibility of the review process.
