AF01 Research survey data – 2020

This is survey data collected as part of a case study titled “AF01 - Curriculum Alignments at Institutions of Higher Learning in Africa: Preparing Professionals to Manage Records Created in Networked Environments”. I was principal researcher of the case study that was conducted by the African Team (http://interparestrust.org/trust/aboutus/africa) of the InterPARES Trust project, a multi-year interdisciplinary project investigating the long-term preservation of authentic digital records . The AF01 survey data was collected in 2020 using an online survey collection instrument, Survey Monkey. The survey explored AF01 case study themes through 10 research questions in three categories: (1) background demographic information; (2) characteristics of education; and (3) types of courses and extent covered during respondents’ education or training programme.

本数据集为一项题为《AF01——非洲高等院校课程适配：培养专业人员以管理网络环境中产生的档案》的案例研究所采集的调研数据。本人担任该案例研究的首席研究员，该研究由InterPARES Trust项目的非洲团队（访问链接：http://interparestrust.org/trust/aboutus/africa）实施。InterPARES Trust项目是一项跨多年度的跨学科研究项目，旨在探究真实数字档案的长期保存问题。AF01调研数据集于2020年通过在线调研工具Survey Monkey采集完成。本次调研通过三大类别共计10个研究问题，围绕AF01案例研究的核心主题展开调研：(1) 人口统计学背景信息；(2) 教育相关特征；(3) 受访者教育或培训项目中涉及的课程类型与覆盖范围。
