The aim of this project is to obtain transcriptome profiles of adult mouse otolith organ, vestibular ganglion and vestibular nucleus after exposure to altered gravity conditions. Space flight samples were obtained from JAXA MHU-1 (Mouse Habitat Unit-1) experiment which has been described by Shiba et al. (Scientific Reports, 2017).
