From Gondwana to the Yellow Sea: evolutionary diversifications of true Toads (Bufo sp.) in the Eastern Palearctic and species boundaries revisit for Asian lineages

The dataset includes legitimate coding files used for molecular dating estimation by reconstructing species tree of Holarctic bufonids using Fossilized Birth-death (FBD), Yule and of global datasets of bufonids. Additionally, the dataset contained the coding files for relaxed molecular dating with multiple priors specific on the multi locus of the Eastern Palearctic Bufonids. Included files are Beast XML scripts for the species tree with relaxed molecular methods and molecular dating of northeastern Asia Bufo sp.
