Lock Wintam: Results computation force related to return current on a dewatering caisson calculated with formulas of ROCK MANUAL

A dewatering caisson will be used for the renovation of the rails of the lock of Wintam. Hydrodynamic forces resulting to the passage of ships are calculated on the caisson. Forces originating from currents from main propellers of different ships and forces originating from return currents of ships are calculated. For return currents, differents sizes of ships are considered and influence of keel clearance, width and draft of the schip is investigated.
