This study investigated changes in biofilm structure and physiology when Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Mycobacterium abscessus are co-cultured. Samples are raw reads from RNA-sequencing of single- or dual-species biofilms of P. aeruginosa PAO1 or mPA08-31 and Mycobacterium abscessus ATCC19977 (rough and smooth morphologies) grown for 48-hours in LB.
