Data and code for "Resolving North Pacific albatrosses-fishery bycatch conflicts through seasonal spatial protection planning in the high seas"

This repository contains processed data, spatial layers, figure source materials, table materials, and example code associated with the manuscript "Resolving North Pacific albatrosses-fishery bycatch conflicts through seasonal spatial protection planning in the high seas". The dataset includes processed seabird BRT model outputs, seasonal Global Fishing Watch fishing-effort rasters, environmental predictor metadata and rasters, spatial boundary files, figure materials for Figures 1-5, and materials for Table 1. The original seabird tracking data were obtained from the BirdLife International Seabird Tracking Database through data requests and are not redistributed. Original third-party source data are not redistributed where redistribution is restricted or unnecessary; processed rasters, derived spatial outputs, source metadata, and example workflow code are provided.
