Methonotrophic Biomass Quant BUP

Raw LC-MS/MS data and MaxQuant output files (txt folder) from quantitative bottom-up proteomics analysis of the fermeted biomass from methanotrophic bacteria described in the manuscript "Emulsifier peptides derived from seaweed, methanotrophic bacteria, and potato proteins identified by quantitative proteomics and bioinformatics". The biomass was pre-fractionated by SDS-PAGE and subsequently in-gel digested as described in M&M. 本数据集包含手稿《基于定量蛋白质组学和生物信息学鉴定的海藻、甲烷氧化细菌及马铃薯蛋白来源的乳化剂肽段》中所述甲烷氧化细菌发酵生物质的定量自下而上蛋白质组学分析的原始液相色谱-串联质谱（Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry, LC-MS/MS）数据及MaxQuant输出文件（txt文件夹）。该生物质先通过十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE）进行预分级，随后按照材料与方法（M&M）中的步骤进行胶内酶解。剩余的两份原始数据文件可在“Gregersen, Simon (2021), “甲烷氧化细菌生物质自下而上定量蛋白质组学分析 第二部分（Methonotrophic Biomass Quant BUP part2）”, Mendeley Data, V1”，DOI: 10.17632/76v7mnmyr3.1中获取。
