Genotype frequencies for all 17 F2 populations. AA: plants homozygous for grandparent A; BB: plants homozygous for grandparent B; AB: heterozygous plants. NA: plants with no genotype information. For all SNP positions the associated p-value is given, for the Chi square test for deviation from a mendelian 1:2:1 segregation ratio.

本数据集涵盖全部17个F₂群体的基因型频率。其中，AA代表携带祖本A纯合基因型的植株；BB代表携带祖本B纯合基因型的植株；AB代表杂合基因型植株；NA代表无基因型信息的植株。针对所有单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）位点，均提供了用于检测偏离孟德尔1:2:1分离比例的卡方检验关联p值。
