A ZIP archivecompdata.zip,which contains the computational data used in the preprint, mainly consisting of data on the 240 lines on del Pezzo surfaces of degree one These materials provide examples of Zariski N-tuples with large N, constructed using the monodromy action of the Weyl group of type E_8 on the lines in a del Pezzo surface of degree one.
