资源简介:
Metabolic pathway analysis showed that in the BGB–BGF combination UGT84A24, THMP1, SP26, and RlemTPS4 were up-regulated in BGF and SUS1 was up-regulated in BGB. In the BGB–TB combination TPSb, gapdh, TPS6, and CWINV were up-regulated in BGB and TB, respectively. THMP1 was up-regulated in TF in the BGB–TF combination. TPS2, TPSb, pman11, RlemTPS4, and PtLim1 were up-regulated in BGF in the BGF–TB combination. Similar genes were up-regulated in BGF in the BGF–TF combination, namely TPSb, TPS2, TPS12; RlemTPS4, PtLim1, and pins whilst TPS6, Tktl2_1sdgpd-C, and CWINV were upregulated in TF. Analysis of the hormone pathway indicated that CIPK21 was up-regulated in TB and TF in both BGB–TB and BGB–TF while gpo was mainly expressed in BGB in BGB–TF. In the BGF–TB and BGF-TF combinations, IAA9 and LOC100806194 were up-regulated in BGF, and ERF and Dere\GG11012 were up-regulated in TB and TF. ACYPI006035 was up-regulated in TF in BGF–TF. In the flowering pathway, GI was up-regulated in TB and TF in the BGB–TB and BGB–TF combinations, respectively. EL1 and CML24 were up-regulated in BGF in both BGF–TB and BGF–TF
