Prevalence and associated factors of probable neuropathic pain among adults with type 2 diabetes in Turkish primary care: a cross-sectional study

This record contains a de-identified dataset supporting the cross-sectional study “Prevalence and associated factors of probable neuropathic pain among adults with type 2 diabetes in Turkish primary care: a cross-sectional study” (2025). Probable neuropathic pain was assessed using S-LANSS (cut-off ≥12). The shared de-identified dataset includes the socio-demographic, clinical, and laboratory variables used in the analyses reported in the manuscript.
