George Farhat to Fred Farhat, 10 October 1934

The images are a digital reproduction of a handwritten letter and accompanying translation donated by Kathy Sa'ade Kenny. In this letter George Farhat (Katrina Sa'ade's oldest son) writes to Fred Farhat (his brother) from Ramallah describing his grandfather's frailty, the work during the harvest and how he longs for them all to be reunited. Earlier in 1934 Katrina left Palestine under dramatic circumstances succeeding in taking her youngest son Fred back with her. These images exist as part of the Katrina Sa'ade Letters collection within the Katrina Sa'ade project of the Planet Bethlehem Archive.
