RNA sequencing of Japanese Brown cattle of Kumamoto strain with or without BLV-infection and different PVL levels

In order to find out differently expressing genes among Japanese Brown cattle of Kumamoto strain (JBRK) with different BLV-PVL levels, total RNA were extracted from the peripheral blood of 9 JBRK with or without BLV-infection and different PVL levels.
