Studies of bacterial and fungal microbial terroir on apples and cider collected in the Hudson Valley of New York

Here, we investigated bacterial and fungal communities isolated from the surface of three apple varietals cultivated in two heirloom orchards to investigate the presence of a microbial terroir in the Hudson Valley of New York.
