Exploring the actin family: A case study for ProteinCartography (associated data)

These are the results from running ProteinCartography on the actin family as described in the pub "Exploring the actin family: A case study for ProteinCartography". The code associated with production of these data is available on the GitHub repos linked in the above publication. The `2023-actin-embedding.zip` file contains the inputs and outputs associated with the 2023-actin-embedding GitHub repository. The `actin.zip` file contains the structures, configuration file, and outputs from the ProteinCartography run referenced in the pub. This analysis used the most up to date version of the ProteinCartography pipeline (v0.4.2) and structures gathered using the 2023-actin-embedding repository. The `actin_old_version.zip` file contains a previous ProteinCartography run using v0.4.0-alpha and data gathered separately and earlier but similarly.
