Confocal images of confluent MCF-7 cells that were treated with vehicle (0.5% glycerol, Ctrl) or with Rho-inhibitor C3 Transferase (C3T, 1 μg/ml) for 3 hours then fixed with methanol and stained for ROCK-1 and ZO-1. Images were acquired at the apical junctions of the cells by confocal microscopy.
