This dataset contains 30 biomedical ontologies designed for ontology quality assurance and reuse analysis, with a focus on cross-ontology references. These ontologies are heterogeneous and are typically maintained by separate independent teams. Issues related to ontology quality and format consistency have been identified in this dataset. The total scale of the dataset includes 30 ontologies, with a total of 39,156,273 triples. Its primary task is to carry out ontology quality assurance and reuse analysis.
