资源简介:
P. aeruginosa has two homologous CsrA family proteins RsmA/RsmN involved in biofilm formation, pathogenesis, and antibiotic resistance. Although RsmA/RsmN has been shown to post-transcriptionally regulate a wide variety of cellular processes, binding partners and the recognition motifs in vivo remains unclear. Moreover, biological significance for which P. aeruginosa habors two redundant RNA chaperons has been also unknown. In order to understand the similarities and differences of binding partners/motifs and the regulated pathway in vivo between RsmA and RsmN, we carry out CLIP-seq.
