The value of log2 (B/A) reflects the comparison of gene expression level in B compared with the A, greater than 0 means that the gene expression level of the treatment group is up-regulated, and less than 0 means that it is down-regulated. A represents the control group, B represents the treatment group. When log2(B/A) > 2, it means significantly regulated.
