The IODP Expedition 368 began drilling in the South China Sea in 2017. The initial chronology of Site 368-U1505, including magnetostratigraphy and biostratigraphy, was completed by the onboard scientists. This dataset includes the results of the onshore work of magneto-cyclostratigraphy and the raw data, the linear interpolated data, and detrended data of MS and NGR used for Cyclostratigraphy Analyses. Paleomagnetic samples (~8 cm³) were collected with a resolution of ~0.1-0.5 m from the upper ~200 m of Hole 368-U1505C and 368-U1505D, using nonmagnetic box. The raw data of geophysical records, including MS and NGR, were acquired during the expedition and downloaded from the IODP official website. These data are helpful to track the process of Cyclostratigraphy Analyses and provide a reference age datums with higher resolution compare to the onboard work. […]

国际大洋发现计划(International Ocean Discovery Program, IODP)368航次于2017年在南海启动钻探工作。368-U1505站位的初始年代框架(涵盖磁地层学与生物地层学)已由船载科研人员完成。本数据集包含磁旋回地层学的陆上研究成果及原始数据,同时收录用于旋回地层学分析的磁化率(Magnetic Susceptibility, MS)和自然伽马射线(Natural Gamma Ray, NGR)的线性插值数据与去趋势数据。科研人员采用无磁盒采集古地磁样品(单个体积约8 cm³),采样分辨率约为0.1~0.5 m,采样层位为368-U1505C孔与368-U1505D孔上部约200 m的地层。航次期间获取的地球物理记录原始数据(含MS与NGR数据)已从IODP官方网站下载。该数据集可辅助追踪旋回地层学分析流程,且相较于船载现场工作成果,能够提供分辨率更高的参考年龄基准面。[……]
