Dataset for: Linking In-Canopy Chemistry to Above-Canopy O3, BVOCs, and NOx Gas Fluxes in the Amazon Rainforest

This directory contains the outputs from FORCAsT v2 simulations of the ATTO site in November 2013 and November 2015 (zip files). To run the model from scratch, visit https://github.com/flossie-brown/FORCAsT_ATTO where the model and input files can be downloaded. In addition, this directory contains scripts and additional data needed to reproduce the figures from the manuscript in Jupyter.
