And nature; the paper then deals with investing in those financial markets focusing on
The financial contribution in the economic development and with studying the crisis
Which some financial markets faced, including a theoretical study of one of those
Markets to make use of those experiences in making a financial market in our country.
The research analyzes then the Syrian economy that aims to consider the negative
Points which might be obstacles in making such financial markets in our country as well
As the achieved procedures by the government to make that kind of markets in syria.
The research concludes with some results and suggestions that aim to give some
Solutions to make a well-qualified financial market which contributes to increase the
Economic development but not to decrease it.

本研究针对金融市场（Financial Market，即证券交易所Stock Exchange）及其对国民经济发展的推动作用展开研究与分析，尤其聚焦于欠发达国家场景。本研究首先阐明金融市场的理论基础、组成架构与运作流程，明确现有证券（Securities）的构成与本质属性；随后围绕金融市场投资展开探讨，重点剖析其对经济发展的金融赋能价值，并对部分金融市场曾遭遇的危机展开研究，其中包含对某一典型金融市场的理论剖析，旨在为我国建设本土金融市场提供经验参考。紧接着，本研究以叙利亚经济为分析对象，研判在我国构建此类金融市场可能面临的阻碍性负面因素，同时梳理叙利亚政府为建设该类金融市场所推行的各项举措。本研究最终形成相关结论与建议，旨在为打造成熟规范的金融市场提供可行方案，以助力国民经济实现正向发展，而非掣肘经济增长。
