Five-day NOAA HYSPLIT backward trajectories for hygroscopic aerosol layers over Payerne

This dataset contains five-day (120 h) NOAA HYSPLIT backward trajectories and corresponding trajectory maps for the hygroscopic aerosol layers investigated over Payerne during the HYGRO19 campaign, carried out from June to December 2019. For each investigated layer, the trajectories were calculated at three heights corresponding to the lower boundary, midpoint, and upper boundary using the HYSPLIT model (version 5.4.0). The trajectory maps show the trajectories at the lower and upper boundaries and were used to assess potential changes in air-mass origin with altitude.
