NRS-16560 | Record of Condemnings [Brookfield Public School]

The Record of Condemnings was a register of items of equipment which had been designated to be of no further use or value to the school, and accordingly had been disposed of. These registers were printed in a standard format. At the head of each page the name of the school was entered. Below, the page was divided into columns. These columns recorded the date on which the item was condemned, the name of the item, the folio on which it appeared in the Stock or Equipment Book, its serial number, the signature of the officer authorised to condemn, the designation of this officer, the method of its disposal, the signature of the disposing officer, and their designation. A final column was provided for remarks.The present series consists of a single volume, which covered the entire period of the school’s operation from 1958 until 1969. No entries were made in it, but the two following annotations stand at the head of the first page:No entries 9/9/66No entries 67 or ‘68

报废物品登记册（Record of Condemnings）是用于记录校方认定已无使用价值或剩余用途、并已完成处置的各类器材设备的登记台账。此类登记册均采用标准格式印制：每页页眉处填写学校名称，页面下方划分为多列栏目，依次记录器材报废日期、器材名称、该器材在库存或设备账簿中的登记页码、器材序列号、审批报废的管理人员签名、该管理人员的职务、器材处置方式、负责处置的管理人员签名及其职务，另有一栏用于填写备注信息。
本次归档的该系列登记册仅为一册，涵盖该校1958年至1969年的全部运营周期。册内未登记任何条目，但首页页眉处带有如下两处批注：
