NCTC8325-4 (RN450) resequenced and manually curated genome from laboratory stock. Two derivatives of this strain were lysogenised with either phage 11 or phage 80alpha. These sequences were used as reference sequences for the connected whole genome sequence reads performed to study prophage induction in a set of bacterial clpP or clpX mutants, phage origin of replication mutants or combinations thereof.
