Dataset for the paper: "Hidden in the Pollen: Tracing 3000 Years of Human Footprints in a Mountain Landscape". Datasets includes fossil pollen data, depth-age models and results of pXRF analysis.

Fossil pollen data, depth-age models and results of geochemical (pXRF) analysis were collected from the calcareous fens of Demanovska Slatina, Stankovany 1, 2 and Rojkov in Slovakia, capturing 3,000 years of history in the mountain landscape of the Liptov region in northern Slovakia. The data were collected to describe the impact of prehistoric humans on the landscape.
