Processed scRNA-seq and scATAC-seq count matrices for "The regulatory architecture of vaccine-induced innate immune memory in humans"

This dataset includes processed single-cell data matrices and accompanying cell metadata for each vaccine cohort analyzed in the paper “The regulatory architecture of vaccine-induced innate immune memory in humans.” Note: For the TIV2 cohort (BMMC and PBMC), cell metadata is embedded directly in the obs field of the AnnData object and is not provided as a separate CSV file, unlike for other cohorts.
