Sequencing of tumor tissue from TNBC mice treated with Ginsenoside Rh2

4T1 cells were inoculated into Balb/c mice to establish a triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) xenograft model. The mice were then randomly assigned to the control group and the Ginsenoside Rh2 treatment group. Mice in the control group received intraperitoneal injections of saline, while those in the Ginsenoside Rh2 group were administered intraperitoneal injections of Ginsenoside Rh2 at a dose of 50 mg/kg. After three weeks of intervention, tumor tissues were harvested from the mice. RNA sequencing was performed using the KC-Digital Stranded mRNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina, and transcriptome sequencing data were generated. Differentially expressed genes were identified to further investigate the effects of Ginsenoside Rh2 on the transcriptomic profile in TNBC-bearing mice.
