Evaluation of the predictive relationship between CSF biomarkers and congenital hydrocephalus.

Logistic regression parameters for normalized levels of all potential biomarkers measured in this study are shown. The strongest predictors of CHC were normalized levels of sAPPα, sAPPβ, and Tau using cut points of 0.407, 2.43, and 0.0076 respectively. The weakest predictors of CHC were normalized pTau and NCAM-1. ROC AUC: receiver operating characteristics area under the curve; CI: confidence interval; Bonferroni corrected threshold (0.0055).
