To evaluate the anterior-posterior axial identity of the NCC aggregates, we prepared aggregates treated with RA to induce posterior fates as a positive control and compared gene expression patterns among the aggregates. Overall design: RNA sequencing profiles of 1231A3 iPSCs, day 5 aggregates, CD271high-sorted NCCs from day 5 aggregates, and RA-treated day 5 aggregates.
