Near full-length Iso-Seq transcriptome of Solanum pennellii LA0716 and Solanum lycopersicum cv. Moneyberg-TMV

We present Iso-seq transcriptome data for Solanum pennellii accession LA0716 and Solanum lycopersicum cultivar Moneyberg-TMV, generated using the PacBio HiFi Iso-Seq platform. This dataset was used for improving gene model annotations and capturing gene functions, as part of a broader initiative to investigate comparative genomics and understanding regulatory role of structural variants underpinning recombination barriers of the tomato clade.
