Combining hybrid mixed and exponential fitted hybrid mixed finite element methods to simulate semiconductor devices - data

The present data was produced by the solution of the drift-diffusion equations by combining the hybrid mixed and exponential fitted hybrid mixed finite element methods. The code was implemented in C++ using the deal.II Finite Element Library (dealii.org).

本数据集通过结合混合杂交有限元方法与指数拟合型混合杂交有限元方法求解漂移-扩散方程（drift-diffusion equations）生成。所用代码采用C++语言编写，并基于deal.II有限元库（deal.II Finite Element Library，dealii.org）实现。
