Equipment Maintenance and Fault Prediction: By analyzing data including fault codes, vibration frequency (Hz), real-time temperature (℃) and other relevant metrics, a fault prediction model can be developed. When certain equipment parameters approach the value ranges observed during historical fault occurrences, early warnings will be triggered in advance to notify maintenance personnel to conduct overhauls and repairs, thereby reducing equipment downtime and enhancing equipment reliability and service life. Task Scheduling Optimization: By analyzing data such as task priority, task type, task duration (minutes) and other related metrics, the execution status and resource requirements of different types of tasks can be clarified.
