"Specifically, the data_yuan directory serves as the primary repository for our raw multi-source data. It contains dynamic ultrasound imaging videos capturing the subjects' subcutaneous muscle tissues at the targeted acupoints. Additionally, it stores the superficial manual acupuncture manipulation (MAM) kinematics performed by acupuncture experts, specifically represented as 3D spatial coordinates of the hand joints extracted via the MediaPipe framework. Furthermore, the data.xlsx file presents our meticulously processed and temporally aligned time-series dataset. This structured file encompasses both the superficial manual acupuncture manipulation features and the subcutaneous muscle fascicle slope characteristics, providing a representative subset of 10 distinct samples for analysis."
