DREMECELS

DREMECELS is a portal for the studies for DNA repair mechanisms in Colorectal Cancer, Endometrial Cancer and Lynch Syndrome. DREMECELS is the first database of this kind i.e. designed for the analysis of these two cancer types. It comprises of the information about Genetic Markers, Protein Markers, DNA Repair Mechanisms (Base Excision Repair,Mismatch Repair and Base Excision/Mismatch Repair), Transcription Factors, Annotations, Repair Pathways, Related Disorders and Diseases, Literature Search, Gene Interactions, Protein Structures, miRNA'S, Drug-Details, Conserved Domains, CNV (Copy Number variation), Somatic Mutations, Gene Ontologies (Biological Processes,Cellular Components and Molecular Functions). Multiple Sequence alignment has been performed to infer the conserved regions among the sequences.DREMECELS是一款面向结直肠癌、子宫内膜癌及林奇综合征（Lynch Syndrome）DNA修复机制研究的专业门户网站，同时也是首个专为这两类癌症分析打造的同类型数据库。该数据库涵盖遗传标记、蛋白质标记、DNA修复机制（碱基切除修复、错配修复以及碱基切除/错配修复）、转录因子、注释信息、修复通路、相关疾病与功能紊乱、文献检索、基因相互作用、蛋白质结构、微小RNA（miRNA）、药物详情、保守结构域、拷贝数变异（CNV, Copy Number variation）、体细胞突变，以及基因本体（Gene Ontologies，包含生物过程、细胞组分与分子功能）。研究团队已完成多序列比对工作，以推断不同序列间的保守区域。
