Rhodococcus pyridinivorans Genome sequencing

This study investigates the molecular and ecotoxicological effects of the mycotoxin zearalenone (ZEN) on R. pyridinivorans K404. The analysis integrates analytical chemistry, transcriptomic profiling, and digital PCR (dPCR) to characterize bacterial responses to ZEN exposure. In addition, zebrafish-based ecotoxicological assays were performed to evaluate the broader biological impact of ZEN and its bacterial transformation products.
