Dataset of TRAINING-HR project

This dataset originates from the TRAINING-HR (PI22/00535) randomized clinical trial, including patients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) and chronotropic incompetence. The study population comprises clinically stable adults who underwent standardized baseline and follow-up assessments within a supervised exercise intervention protocol.The dataset integrates a wide range of variables, including:- Clinical data: demographics, comorbidities, medical history, pharmacological treatment- Functional parameters: cardiopulmonary exercise testing variables (e.g., peakVO₂, heart rate response, oxygen pulse)- Imaging data: echocardiographic parameters- Laboratory data: biomarkers such as NT-proBNP and routine blood tests- Patient-reported outcomes: quality of life measures- Intervention-related variables: exercise modality, adherence, and training characteristicsData were prospectively collected and curated into structured datasets. The files are provided in spreadsheet format (.xlsx), with anonymized, participant-level data organized in tabular structure (rows representing individuals and columns representing variables), facilitating reproducibility and secondary analyses.
