Database Role of transactional leadership in the social performance of the maquiladora industry

A literature review identifies the items, including more than 120 articles using keywords such as transactional leadership and social performance. Based on this, a questionnaire is developed consisting of three sections. The first one consists of an introduction to acquiring demographic information of the respondent and the company, such as job position, years in the place position, gender, industrial sector of belonging, and employee number. The second section investigates transactional leadership, which consists of three dimensions and twenty-four items. The third section explores organizational performance in the social sphere with ten items. Must answer the questionnaire on a five-point Likert-type scale to indicate the utilization of those involved in each item within the company.
