齿轮成形磨削力数据集

磨削力数据集主要面向磨削加工表面完整性研究、为增强高性能齿轮动态服役特性需求建设提供参考，基于中南大学高性能复杂制造国家重点实验室的Kistler 9257b三向压电式测力仪产生，主要记录了各磨削工艺参数下磨削加工中的磨削力数据。该数据主要用于磨削加工中磨削力计算分析验证，确认磨削工艺参数对表面完整性的影响规律。

This grinding force dataset is primarily intended for research on the surface integrity of grinding processes, and provides references for addressing the demand of enhancing the dynamic service characteristics of high-performance gears. It was collected using the Kistler 9257B three-axis piezoelectric dynamometer from the State Key Laboratory of High Performance and Complex Manufacturing, Central South University. The dataset mainly records grinding force data obtained during grinding processes under various grinding process parameters. It is primarily used for the calculation, analysis and verification of grinding forces in grinding operations, as well as for confirming the influence laws of grinding process parameters on surface integrity.
