Besides the literature research, the master thesis includes two different research methods: The expert interviews and the expert workshops. The 30 expert interviews provide an insight into the housing offer and the housing quality in the research quarter Pforzheimer Au. The 7 feedbacks of the conducted face-to-face workshops, on the other hand, reflect the participation opportunities as well as the suggestions for improvement of the workshop participants.
