Seafood consumption in north Spain

Dataset presenting the results of a survey about fish consumption in Asturias (Spain) conducted between October 2019 and February 2020. Data are total frequency of fish consumption, and frequency of anchovy, blue whiting, hake and tuna consumption (N = 1608). This is an English version of the original questionnaire in Spanish. This work was funded from the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation, Grant GLOBALHAKE PID2019-108347RB-I00, and the Government of Asturias Principality, Grant GRUPIN IDI-2018-000201.

本数据集呈现了2019年10月至2020年2月间在西班牙阿斯图里亚斯（Asturias）开展的鱼类消费调查结果。数据集涵盖鱼类总消费频次，以及凤尾鱼（anchovy）、蓝鳕（blue whiting）、无须鳕（hake）与金枪鱼（tuna）的分项消费频次，有效样本量为1608（N=1608）。本问卷为西班牙原版问卷的英文译本。本研究获西班牙科学与创新部资助，资助编号为GLOBALHAKE PID2019-108347RB-I00，同时获得阿斯图里亚斯公国政府资助，资助编号为GRUPIN IDI-2018-000201。
