This repository contains supporting information for the article "Enhancing climate impact assessment with surface albedo effects of land cover changes: Methodology and dataset". The files containing the results of the comparison between proxy values (solar-noon blue-sky, solar-noon black-sky) and daily-mean blue-sky albedo values are labelled beginning with "albedo_proxy_comp" and ending with either "BLS" (indicating the comparison is with solar-noon blue-sky values) or "BKS" (indicating the comparison is with solar-noon blue-sky values) and represent the yearly average difference found. The files containing results of the seasonal (monthly) Mann-Kendall tests performed on the surface albedo values for each land cover type are indicated as "mk_seasonal_lc-XX". Similarly, the Mann-Kendall tests done on the yearly-averaged surface albedo values are indicared as "mk_yearly_lc-XX".
