Biochar enhances phosphorus solubilization by strengthening the redox properties of humic-reducing microorganisms during composting

Humic-reducing microorganisms (HRMs) can efficiently degrade insoluble materials through the redox properties, however, the effect of HRMs on insoluble phosphorus in compost under biochar conditions is not clear. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between dominant HRMs that can be cultured independently and phosphorus fractions during biochar composting.
