Shape parameters of simulated chromosomes.

Shown are the results for equilibrated coarse-grained polymers of length in a melt of density . Results have been calculated using various looping probabilities and lifetimes of the loops. Correspondence to Fig. 7A is established via the symbol, which is shown in the third column. The shape is parameterized by the ratios of the eigenvalues of the gyration ellipsoid, corresponding to the squares of its axis lengths. The axis ratios are listed for comparison with other studies (e.g. Cook et al. [28]).
